PLEASE READ

To preface everything below, Reverie Circuitry is solely operated by myself. I handle every aspect of running the operation here day to day. With that being said, I deeply appreciate your patience and understanding in regard to shipping and repairs, really everything. As I am a sole individual, there may be times when I am unable to fulfill orders in a swift manner. Additionally, there will be times when the shop is closed due to my absence. Please keep this in mind before purchasing something. With that being said, I deeply appreciate your business, and I will try my hardest to keep everything moving forward. Onwards!!

SHIPPING

For items that are in stock, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing before shipment takes place. As stated above, there may be times when I am away from the shop, and therefore, unable to fulfill shipments. At this time, I only able to ship to the United States and Canada. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

To preface the information below, I am a sole individual. I kindly ask for your understanding when dealing with returns and refunds. Further, I ask you to really be sure of what you are purchasing. This will make the entire process much easier. Additionally, I will be uploading many, many demo videos to browse. If you have any questions about something you are interested in purchasing, please send a general inquiry and I would be more than happy to give you more information. All new pedals come with a 7 day return window. To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in like-new condition and boxed in the original pedal packaging. All returns are subject to a 10% general restocking fee. Further, if items are not in like-new condition and/or without original packaging, a 25% restocking fee may be applied. The product must be in the same operable working condition as when it first arrived and with no cosmetic flaws. All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your items. If you have any concerns within the first 7 days of receiving your items, please immediately send a contact inquiry. For general returns and refunds, the buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping. Items purchased via authorized retailers and distributors must be returned through the same channels of original purchase. Returns requested after 7 days of receiving your items will not be accepted. Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email whether the return has been accepted. Once accepted, refund payments will be issued to the original method of payment, minus shipping costs. 

WARRANTY

All Reverie Circuitry Pedals purchased new either directly from myself or a certified retailer come with a one-year, non-transferable warranty within the USA which covers issues directly affecting the electronic function of the effect pedal such as faulty parts and other internal mishaps. This warranty does not apply to the normal wear and tear affecting the enclosure, artwork or knobs. A few things will void this warranty. Any tampering with the internals of the circuit, modifications, etc. will automatically void the warranty. Additionally, any obvious sings of improper use of the effect pedal will immediately void the one-year warranty.

REPAIRS 

In the case where either the warranty has expired after a year or you purchase a pedal second hand, I am still able to repair the unit if it fails to operate as intended. Similar to general returns and refunds, the customer must cover return shipping and holds all liability for lost or damaged shipments.  It is highly recommended to insure the shipment. Further, outside of the one-year warranty period, repairs will be provided at a reasonable cost for parts and labor. 

REQUESTS 

Unfortunately, I do not take direct custom hand painted requests. It is much simpler to share what I have created in a batch and go from there. With that being said, if you see something in the gallery that has already been made, feel free to get in touch, send an inquiry and I can see what I can do.
